Skills Bootcamps are free, flexible courses of up to 16 weeks, giving you practical, industry-led training to learn new skills, build confidence and open doors to real opportunities!
80% of completed participants have progressed into new roles or increased their responsibilities.

This course is specifically designed for people working in the Creative and Cultural sector. This extended format allows for deeper exploration, practical application, and personal growth across the core dimensions of effective leadership. This course will prepare for a leadership role or refine your management style, this journey will empower you to lead with confidence, clarity, and strategic insight.
This is a 13 week programme covering 60+ Guided Learning Hours (GLH).
